What services do you offer?

At the moment we provide agency-based Google accounts.

What are the service fees?

Currently we charge a top-up fee for Google at 8%.

The fee is charged when you add funds to your ad accounts from your Fast Launch balance. When you return funds back to your balance, the fee is returned along with it.

The exact amount to be charged or returned is shown as you carry on with the operation.

Any hidden fees I should worry about?

We do not charge any additional fees on balance top-up, spend, or refunds. VAT is also not charged in our accounts.

Please note that running ad campaigns on Google may incur an additional tax on digital services taxes, depending on the country of targeting. You can find additional details about this tax here.

How do I get a Google Ads account?

Account requests are sumbitted via menu under Services. We will send an invitation link to your email from the Google Ads account.

Accounts remain under our manager account so we can top them up for you.

Are there restrictions on the subject of advertisement?

Across all our products, promotion of any products, services or content that violates the policies of advertising networks, is strictly prohibited.

In particular, any kind of malware, phishing or other fraudulent activities of this sort, are grounds for immediate termination of service.


All accounts are subject to pre-moderation and subsequent regular compliance checks on our side.


Following is the list of subjects we currently do not allow, due to high occurence of fraud:

- Crypto,

- Investment and trading platforms,

- Legal aides, law firms and financial consulting,

- Payment services, online balance top-up services,


These subjects are generally restricted, except for direct advertisers that are able to provide licenses and other necessary paperwork prior to running ads on our accounts. In all other scenarios, using these subjects in keywords, creatives and landing pages may result in suspension of your Fast Launch account without refund.

How many Google accounts can I get?

The weekly limit on new accounts is set in accordance with your profile status, which you can view in your profile.

New clients can create 1 account per week. This limit can be further increased by progressing to new status tiers.

You get awarded with a new status once your top-up amount for the last 30 days reaches a new level.

Keep in mind that we may reduce the limit available to you if the percentage of bans on your accounts gets too large.

Can I create multiple accounts with you?

In one of our next updates we will introduce team accounts with internal hierarchy and user roles. Until such time we discourage creatiing multiple Fast Launch accounts.

Individual exceptions can be made, upon request, for teams working with us for 3 months or longer with a total budget > $50,000 per month. Please note that any service limits will appliy to the team as a whole, regardless of the amount of users on the team.

If we detect attempts to bypass the limit on the number of accounts, we reserve the right to terminate service without refund.

Do you refund blocked accounts?

Yes, we provide refunds, except for bans caused by advertising prohibited verticals as specified in this FAQ.
